Description from the seller
The Exorcist Armor – Catholic Knighted Medal Saint Benedict – Repels Malevolence.
A gilded-finish ring lance crowned by a circular plate bearing the reverse side of the Saint Benedict Medal and its sacred abbreviations, accented on its sides by the Latin cross. An exorcism insignia worn to repel black magic and secure your living space.
In 1742, Pope Benedict XIV issued a historic decree officially integrating the Saint Benedict Medal among the Church’s major sacramentals. This papal recognition follows the countless testimonies of deliverance recorded since the Middle Ages, where the mere presence of this seal protected believers from plagues, poisons and curses. In the great liturgical exorcism rites sanctioned by the Vatican, priests use this sacred cross as an instrument of authority to drive away malevolent presences and bless desecrated places. The geometry of the Latin letters engraved on the insignia forms a combat prayer: each initial summarizes an abjuration formula and an affirmation of faith. This shield of devotion embodies the triumph of divine light over chaos, offering the wearer a liturgical shield proven by centuries of spiritual tradition.
Sliding this blessing insignia onto your finger raises the supreme shield of pontifical exorcism at the heart of your life. The power of the engraved prayers strikes down curses, shatters attacks from the unseen, and compels the forces of discord to flee your presence. This imperial sacramental radically purifies your environment, erecting an impregnable celestial guard around your home. It endows your mind with martial authority to overcome adversity and seal the definitive victory of light over your trials.

History & Symbolism:
The Oraison of the Cross (C.S.S.M.L. - N.D.S.M.D.)
Inscribed at the heart of the cross, the initials C S S M L and N D S M D form the verses “Crux Sacra Sit Mihi Lux / Non Draco Sit Mihi Dux” (My light is the Holy Cross / I refuse the guidance of the Demon). This spiritual affirmation formula places your will under divine protection, infusing clarity of mind to guide your choices toward truth.
The Decree of Abjuration (V.R.S.N.S.M.V. - S.M.Q.L.I.V.B.)
Graven on the outer crown, the acronyms V R S N S M V and S M Q L I V B summarize the invocations of the great exorcism rite: “Vade Retro Satana... / Sunt Mala Quae Libas...” (Depart, Satan / Consume your own poisons). These exorcism formulas bid the dark forces to retreat, dissolving curses and purging your environment of tainted energies.
The Motto of Peace and the Lateral Crosses (PAX and C.S.P.B.)
The word PAX (Peace), proclaimed at the top of the insignia, celebrates the restoration of sacred order. Associated with the letters C S P B (Croix du Saint Père Benoît) and the fleur-de- Crosses carved on the sides, this symbol reaffirms the alliance with the monastery lineage of Monte Cassino. It marks out a zone of absolute quiet around you, promoting stability in your home.
