Treatise on the moral duties of a true Christian, translated from Italian into Latin by Max Rassler. The Italian Jesuit Paolo Segneri (1624–94) was an excellent pulpit orator and missionary; he is regarded as a classic of Italian Baroque. The present work forms a summary of his moral-theological views and can therefore be regarded as the dogmatic-material foundation of his work.
