Six decorative condiment cruets in glass and silvered metal from France in the Art Deco style, dating to 1960–1970, comprising two glass bottles with stoppers and three small glass receptacles on a metal stand, 31 cm wide, 19 cm high and 8 cm deep, in good used condition with light signs of aging.
Description from the seller
Stunning set of antique glass and silver-plated cruets
Very beautiful set of antique cruets, consisting of two glass bottles with stoppers, accompanied by three small glass receptacles, all presented on an elegant silver-plated stand.
A piece that is at once decorative, refined and full of charm.
This set brings together in a single stand several containers intended for condiments traditionally present on the table: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mustard.
The glass displays pretty variations of light and the cut stoppers add a particularly elegant touch to the ensemble.
The metal stand is adorned with an openwork decorative frieze on its front portion, as well as small curved feet that give it a graceful silhouette.
The metal stand has a beautiful age-related patina, with traces of wear to the silvering in places. These marks attest to the object's age and use and contribute to its authentic character.
Thanks to its handle-equipped stand, the various condiments can be gathered together and easily carried to the table.
The photos are an integral part of the description and allow a precise assessment of the overall condition of the set.
