A real, old Russian teeglass holder / podstakannik made of solid silver.

• Material: 875 silver, Russian 84 zolotnik • Weight: 111 g (without the glass), heavy and solid • Dimensions: 7 cm height x 7 cm diameter • Hallmarks: 84 fineness mark + master stamp НТС / NTS (Cyrillic), stamped several times on the handle and body • Origin: Moscow, Tsarist Russia, ca. 1880–1900 • Condition: Very good, no dents, slight antique patina, interior shows remnants of original gilding
Decoration:
Beautiful floral hand engraving with cartouche and old monogram. Pearl edging on the upper rim. Classic, angular handle shape of the Tsarist era.

Included is the matching old Soviet faceted glass (Granjonij Stakan, 16 facets), as used on the Trans-Siberian route.

Not silver-plated brass, not a Soviet replica — genuine Tsarist silver, acid-tested, not magnetic.
