Capodimonte - Table lamp - Onyx, Brass, Porcelain - Fine porcelain

Delightful non-electrified table lamp, an icon of Made in Italy mid-century modern design. It dates from the 1950s–1960s. It features a base made of onyx with two fine Capodimonte porcelain figurines. The lampshade above is covered in lace, while the interior is crystal. All of it is embellished with gilded brass trim, with a charming cherub atop the lamp itself. The lamp is not functional, as the electrical wiring is missing. In generally good condition, with normal signs of wear and aging. The photos are an integral part of the description. The lot will be carefully packaged and a tracking code will be provided.
