Fine-engraved coffee and tea service in Empire style, Sicilian production, comprising a four-piece coffee and tea set plus a tray in 800 silver. The service has a total weight of 2181 grams (coffee pot 428 g, height 26 cm, width 21 cm; teapot 439 g, dimensions 25 (height) x 23 (width) x 11 (depth); milk jug 195 g, dimensions 13 cm length x 15 cm width x 8 cm height x depth; sugar bowl 221 g, dimensions 15 cm length x 18 cm height x 8 cm height x depth; tray 897 g, dimensions 47 cm length x 29 cm width x 1 cm height).
All pieces are regularly hallmarked. From research carried out at the archives of the Metrological Office, Palermo Chamber of Commerce (documented), it results that the mark 182 PA was assigned to the defunct artisanal company "CO.RI. ARGENTERIA S.N.C. DI VITRANO COSIMO & C.", based in Palermo.
