“ARCHEMISIO”
is a contemporary painter famous for his hyperrealist oil-on-canvas works, where he blends photographic precision with the dramatic lighting typical of Caravaggio. Growing up among the streets of Rome, he was fascinated from a young age by the Baroque masterpieces displayed in the churches and museums of the city, developing a passion for the contrast between light and shadow and for the emotional intensity of the figures.

After studying at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, Archemisio traveled across Europe and the United States, perfecting hyperrealistic technique through the study of modern artists. However, his style is distinguished by Caravaggesque heritage: his works capture minute details (from the wrinkles on the skin to reflections on an object) but are bathed in a theatrical and directional light, which sculpts the volumes and creates an atmosphere rich in symbolism.
