This bonsai belongs to our Bonsai Selection. These are high-quality, healthy, and visually appealing trees that meet our quality standards. However, the trees were not cultivated or created by us and are not in our own specialized bonsai substrate mix.

Our standards:
- Each bonsai comes with a sample pack of our favored organic bonsai slow-release fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring instrument at half-height between the root collar and the first branch (see example photo). If there are multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- Where possible, we reuse old packaging for shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are potted before shipping, protected against drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- We hire service providers who state that the goods are normally delivered within a maximum of 4 Working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend-delays.
