Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine the trunk width, we place the measuring instrument at half height between the root base and the first branch (see example photo). If there are multiple trunks, the widest one is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed specifically by us.
- As far as possible, we reuse old packaging when shipping, for the sake of the environment.
- The trees are watered before shipment, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state they usually deliver the goods within max. 4 working days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend delivery delays.
