Children's Digest - English edition - 8 Comic - 1973

8 issues, 1973 issue year, from the English-language Children's Digest magazine (USA) (did not appear in June - August).
From January 1973, a series called “Tintin sails to the Castle of Doom” appeared in the magazine, better known as “The Black Island” (NL) or “The Black Island” (E) by comic artist Hergé.
Format: 13.5 x 19 cm, booklets in reasonable condition (50 years old left some marks), the binding is intact, a couple show a small damage on the back side (see photo), three with a Bic scribble, one with a torn coupon on the last page.
Beautiful historical document, unique in a Tintin collection.
