With The Birmingham Code, SKE dives into the dark imagination of England’s interwar industrial era: soot-blackened bricks, factory smoke, vintage cars, and a flawless silhouette beneath a flat cap. Everything in the scene evokes a world governed by alliances, loyalty, silence, and that cold elegance that often precedes irreversible decisions.
Contrast is at the heart of the composition. The three-piece suit, the watch chain, and the almost aristocratic posture clash with the roughness of the walls, the machinery, and the industrial landscape. - FRAMING TIPS

Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.

Upon receipt, carefully unroll it and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it can return to its natural shape before framing.

ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available at DIY or home décor stores.

Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant, and economical; they showcase the artworks perfectly.

SKE is a self-taught, versatile French artist who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.

He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with double meanings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), later named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
