“ARCHEMISIO” is a contemporary painter famous for his hyperrealist oil-on-canvas works, where photographic precision blends with the dramatic lighting typical of Caravaggio. Raised among the streets of Rome, he has long been fascinated by the Baroque masterpieces displayed in the churches and museums of the city, developing a passion for the contrast between light and shadow and for the emotional intensity of the figures.

After studying at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, Archemisio traveled across Europe and the United States, refining his hyperrealist technique through the study of modern artists. However, his style is distinguished by a Caravaggesque legacy: his works capture meticulous details (from skin wrinkles to reflections on an object) yet are enveloped in a theatrical, directional light that chisels volumes and creates an atmosphere rich in symbolism.
