Artist information:
Sarah is a self-taught artist living in France. Her artistic universe begins in childhood through a constant practice of drawing and a deep connection with nature. Growing up amid natural landscapes has nourished her sensitivity to forms, textures, and elements that today occupy a central place in her work.
In 2018, she discovered acrylic painting and developed a personal approach based on experimenting with matter, textures, and color blends. She first explored abstraction and landscape before gradually focusing her artistic practice on the world of water.
To enrich her reflection on image and contemporary art, Sarah also pursued studies in art and visual culture. Her current work concentrates on the ocean, its movements, contrasts, and reflections. Through her paintings, she aims to convey the duality of water: a powerful natural force paired with a sense of calm and harmony.
Provenance:
Piece directly from the artist’s studio.
