Description from the seller
Anais Charbonnier
Mounted on a stretcher
Shades of three gold nuances, gold leaves and copper-colored powder
Her artistic research stems from the abstract and the wish to let colors speak. There are no rules to follow, nor a single meaning to find: each work becomes a free space, where shapes, contrasts and tones meet and forge its own voice.
The chromatic circle becomes a tool of exploration: complementary colors,Unexpected pairings, tensions and harmonies transform on the canvas into visual emotions. The contrasts not only serve to create balance or movement, but become part of the story, capable of generating energy, depth and different sensations in front of each work.
Her style invites the viewer not to necessarily seek an explanation. Not everything we see must be understood. Some things simply have to be felt.
A color can evoke a memory.
A contrast can create unease.
A shape can convey lightness.
An ensemble of tones can speak directly to our sensibility, without the need for words.
Thus art becomes a silent dialogue between the work and the observer. Each person can see something different, feel a different emotion, build their own interpretation.
Working in the studio of a great artist means having the opportunity to confront an environment where art is not merely expression, but becomes a real path of growth, research and discovery.
Every artist brings with them a story, a sensibility and a personal way of looking at the world. Inside the studio, these different visions can find space, develop and transform into an authentic language. It is a place to experiment, to test oneself, to learn and to build, step by step, one’s artistic identity.
We believe that the value of an artist should not be measured solely by what they have already accomplished, but also by potential, determination and the ability to evolve. Giving space to those at the beginning of their path means contributing to the birth of new ideas, new perspectives and new ways of living and telling art.
Supporting an emerging artist therefore means believing in their present, but especially in their future. It means offering trust to someone still building their path and recognizing the importance of every first step.
