An inverted figure hangs, supported only by two red straps held with both hands, the body in perfect tension and the hair falling straight down. The red fabric unfolds beneath her, forming a large open hammock, while the background—a smooth turquoise blue, without texture—draws all attention to the figure and the gesture.

It is an image built entirely on balance: there is no net, no visible floor, only the strength of the arms and the trust in the grip. Luis Enrique González returns here to the realm of physical discipline and the performative gesture he already explored in Black Swan, but replaces ballet with air — the same tension between control and vulnerability, now without ground under the feet. The color contrast—the dense black of the leotard, the intense red of the fabrics, the flat blue of the background—works with an almost graphic economy, letting the pose speak for itself.
