Description from the seller
Abrazo
"Abrazo" is a contemporary abstract work built around a powerful play of contrasts between deep black and delicate nuances of blue, gray, beige and gold.
The large black shapes seem to come together, entwine and traverse the canvas in a continuous movement. They give the composition a particular graphic force, while the lighter spaces bring light, depth and a sense of breathing.
The traces, cracks and textures visible in the material add an expressive dimension to the work. They evoke the marks left by time, experiences and emotions, as if the surface kept the memory of what has been lived.
The title "Abrazo", which means "embrace" in Spanish, refers to this meeting between the forms. The embrace can be soft, protective, but also intense and full of tension. It is precisely this ambivalence that gives the work its character: two forces that approach each other without ever losing their own identity.
A work that is both strong, mysterious and deeply expressive, inviting each viewer to project their own interpretation and emotions onto it.
Original work, signed by the artist.
The painting will be shipped rolled in a tube, without the frame.
