Nelson Magro is an architect and artist that lives and works in Lisbon (PT).
Degree in architecture from the Faculty Architecture of Lisbon.
Professional experience as an architect in Portugal, Spain, Belgium and Switzerland.
Since 2018 developing the artistic project "Drawings by an architect".

Exhibitions: "Drawings by an architect", Palma de Mallorca (ES) 2021, "RGB" Lisbon (PT) 2022.
Represented in several worldwide private collections: London, Paris, Milan, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Sydney, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Geneva, Bern and Lisbon.

MEDIUM:
Long-lasting multicolored pencils for superior lightfastness rated Lightfastness I (LFI), the highest level of resistance according to the international standard ASTM D-6901. This standard is a guarantee of longevity. Pieces drawn with these pencils can maintain their color intensity for up to 100 years.
Swiss made.

SUPPORT:
Made today on a cylinder mould, the slow turning of the cylinder enables the fibres to be deposited evenly and spread in all directions over the wire.
The paper is homogeneous and has very good dimensional stability.
Only papermaking on a cylinder mould can produce paper with deckle edges.
100% cotton: paper with very good mechanical strength. Soft, supple, noble material.
Conservation: with alkaline reserve, acid-free, no optical brightening agents (permanent in accordance with ISO 9706).
