About the Artist
Utopia is a Brazilian self-taught artist whose artistic journey began in the graffiti and street-art movement. His work combines the energy of the streets with contemporary painting and sculpture.
His visual language is immediately recognizable through colourful characters, expressive faces and distinctive eyes, often accompanied by playful elements such as bubbles and ladybugs.
His work has been presented internationally through street-art festivals, exhibitions and artistic projects, with murals and artworks located in different countries and private collections.
His artistic development has also been influenced by collaborations and exchanges with recognized graffiti artists in Portugal, including Nomen and Ram, contributing to the evolution of his personal style.
Today, Utopia continues to move between street art, contemporary painting and sculpture, creating original works for galleries, collectors and art enthusiasts around the world.
Please note
The photographs provide a representation of the artwork, but the original is much more impressive in person. The textures, layers of paint, colour variations, splashes and three-dimensional details are best appreciated when viewing the work directly.
