Windsor, Undone - Hand-signed is a 2022 limited edition giclée on canvas by LeYack, 40 x 40 cm, signed by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity, shipped from France.
Description from the seller
Everything here is borrowed clothing. The shirt is a man's, too large; the tie still tied but loosened speaks of a masculine presence absent from the frame: the woman's body carries the story of the other. The raking, golden light does not caress—it interrogates, like a spotlight that has slowed. On the wall, the small painting hanging there openly cites the aesthetics of American solitude and acts as an abyss: an image of isolation inside an image of intimacy. The whiskey glass and the ashtray set the scene of a time already spent. The woman's lowered gaze is not modesty; it is contemplation. The oriental rug, warm and teeming, anchors the scene in the domestic realm while simultaneously theatricalizing it.
Artwork features:
Signature: Hand-signed by the artist in front of and on the back of the work.
Technique: Giclée print on canvas, using high-quality pigment inks for faithful reproduction of details and colors.

About the artist:
LeYack (born 1972) is a contemporary artist whose work blends modern narration with pictorial heritage.
