Vintage Doxa Anti-Magnetic dress watch dating roughly from the late 1950s to early 1960s.
Doxa SA (Swiss), Anti-Magnetic. Inside is a Caliber 103 manual-winding mechanical movement. This high-quality 17-jewel Swiss movement is heavily based on the classic ETA 2391 architecture.
The engraving on the back of the watch is written in Cyrillic and reads "Доктору Д В", which translates to "To Doctor D. V.".
It was dedication or gift to a doctor with the initials D. V. for his work or anniversary in the period between 1952 and 1963. Above this inscription are hand-engraved even larger initials "E C" (in Latin or Cyrillic as E. S.), and below the years the serial numbers of the watch are visible.
