VOLTA - "The Lion's Gentle Watch"

In the nighttime desert, under a full moon and a sky speckled with stars, a sleeping figure rests wrapped in a multicolored striped robe, with a mandolin and an amphora abandoned at her side. The lion that approaches does not threaten: it sniffs, observes, remains poised in a gesture that could be curiosity or guardianship. Pink petals fall slowly over the scene, scattered like a silent rain that slows time. Volta lights the palette with flashes of pink and blue among the night shadows, giving back movement to an image that in tradition remained still and suspended. Sleep here is not vulnerability but a threshold: a moment in which danger softens in the presence. It is a nocturne that vibrates with color even in the dark, where quiet and tension coexist without resolving.
