Description from the seller
Blach (Maxime Blachère 1980) – "Toucan" is a contemporary work that blends photography and graffiti in a Fluxus spirit, a recognizable signature of BLACH's style. The animal, covered with colorful tags and urban symbols, becomes a poetic totem placed between raw nature and urban culture. This visual hybridization questions maternity, the protection of living beings, and the fragility of natural balances. The Toucan, silent sentinel, observes a world in mutation where humankind leaves its traces, sometimes clumsy. Between pop aesthetics and an engaged message, the work questions our future, our relationship to ecology and transmission. A strong and sensitive piece, at once joyful and critical, inviting us to slow down and look at living beings differently.
