Original street art piece titled 'Bob - French Traffic Sign', created in 2026 using hand-cut stencils and aerosol paint on a 50 by 50 cm French traffic sign, signed by hand, in excellent condition, depicting Culture Pop and sold direct from the artist; edition: Original; weight: 1200 g.
Description from the seller
This unique artwork is created on an authentic old French road sign panel, 50 cm in diameter, transformed into an artistic support.
It features BOB, one of the emblematic characters of Jinks Kunst's universe. Inspired by hip-hop culture and B-Boys, he embodies the freedom, audacity, and energy inherent to the street art movement.
The repurposing of the road sign also alters its original message: an object designed to impose rules becomes a medium for artistic expression. This contrast between a symbol of authority and an urban character gives rise to a work where public space is reinterpreted with humor and creativity.
Crafted using hand-cut stencils and spray paint, this piece stands out for the finesse of its overlays, its paint splatters, and its starry background, which reinforce its contemporary urban aesthetic.
Each repurposed sign carries its own story, its marks of time and its history, making each creation a unique piece, at the crossroads of street art, design, and the collectible object.
