Since childhood, Claudine loves nature and animals
Claudine Suret-Canale left for Africa at the age of 9, from 1960 to 1965
There she discovers African wildlife and flora; she is fascinated and begins to paint and draw.
Upon returning to France, she begins at the Charpentier Academy in Paris, a preparatory school for the grandes écoles of art; she is 16
