“Unstable Icon” reworks a recognizable historical image, transforming it into a fluid and unstable vision. The scene, originally charged with tension and symbolic meaning, is deformed until its certain contours are lost, as if viewed through a material in constant movement.
The figures emerge and disappear at the same time, trapped on a surface that seems to melt. This process does not destroy the image, but unsettles it, suspending it between memory and transformation.
The work reflects on the fragility of icons and their ability to change over time: what was once a symbol of strength and identity becomes, here, something unstable, open to new interpretations. An image that no longer imposes itself as truth, but dissolves to leave room for a more emotional and contemporary perception.
Oil on canvas 350 g/m², mounted on a pinewood frame. Frame not included.

The artist established himself in 2024 as one of the most sought-after names on Catawiki, immediately after icons such as Kaws and Banksy. His art stands out in an exclusive context that includes other categories of excellence, such as Rolex, Lego, Louis Vuitton, Porsche, Eames, Macallan, Tintin, Cartier and Pokémon. A talent recognized not only for creative value but also as one of the most promising investments of the year.
Born in 1992 in Macerata, Marche, the Italian artist pursued a path that, between studies in Geometra and Architecture, led him to collaborate with a resin sculpture artisan. There arose the increasingly strong need to find himself and unleash his creativity.
His works are sold worldwide, collaborating with galleries in Italy and Europe.
His art is widely appreciated and cannot be missing among collectors of street art, pop art, and contemporary art paintings and sculptures.
"It is never easy to classify one’s art; I try to convey what my eyes see, my way of looking at what surrounds me, and I rework it with a design that suits modern times: impactful and memorable."
