Balsamic Vinegar of Modena GIUSEPPE GIUSTI SINCE 1605, THE OLDEST ACETAIA IN ITALY.
From the 17th century the Giusti family has carefully tended its Balsamic Vinegar, passing down a recipe that translates into complex harmonies of flavor and into excellent products appreciated worldwide.

4 BOTTLES "FIVE GOLD MEDALS - Banda Rossa" OF 250 ML.
Pride of Giusti’s acetaia, the “Banda Rossa” represented Uncle Giuseppe’s personal gift to the current members of the family. Among others, notes of prunes, black cherries and a sweet spiciness infused by the ancient woods in which it rested, lingering long after tasting.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In batteries of antique casks dating from the 1700s-1800s. A limited quantity is drawn only once a year.
