Elegant crystal cup signed Lalique France, model “Nogent,” designed by Marc Lalique in 1966 and entered into the classic production of the renowned French manufacture.

The cup features a shallow transparent crystal bowl, supported by a stem sculpted in the shape of two sparrows (moineaux) in frosted/glazed glass, with the distinctive opaque effect that elegantly contrasts with the smooth transparency of the upper cup. The avian subject is a recurring and much-loved motif in Lalique’s postwar production.

Signature: hand-engraved on the bottom, in script: “Lalique France”

Conditions: excellent condition, no chipping, crack, or restoration.
