Savonette hunter-type pocket watch in 18k gold with manual-wind movement, case diameter 31 mm, weight 29.14 g, serial 4127 6, dating to the late 19th to early 20th century, white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, front cover with raised engravings and 7 clear stones plus 18 ruby‑coloured stones, condition good with signs of wear, no inner back cover present, movement shows slight oxidation and is functioning.
Description from the seller
Savonette-type pocket watch (Hunter) in 18k gold stamped on both outer covers of the case. Also visible are several hallmarks (see inner case photo) with different symbols on the back cover.
Dating should be late 1800s to early 1900s.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals and Arabic numerals. The enamel and hands are in excellent condition. The minute hand is slightly bent at the tip as visible in the photo.
The front cover is decorated with relief engravings, 7 transparent stones and 18 small ruby-colored stones set.
Hour-setting lever at around 2 o'clock as visible in the photo.
Absence of a second inner back cover (a hinge and part of the cover are present, see movement photo).
Good condition with some scratches from normal wear and very slight dents along the edge of the case visible in the photos.
There are light oxidations in the movement.
Working. It is advisable to perform maintenance for smooth operation and longevity.
