Beautiful 1933 folio edition of the "Storia delle crociate" (The History of the Crusades) by A. Michaud with the splendid 100 drawings by Gustave Doré. Book in excellent condition, internally complete, with widespread browning of the paper but text and illustrations usable and in excellent condition, no stains, no foxing. Original cover rebound onto a new leather binding with very slight signs of wear. Endpapers illustrated with a motif by William Morris. Rarity. Excellent condition both inside and out!!!
