Wedgwood – Pair of Embossed Queens Ware Trumpet Vases – Blue & Cream – England
Description
An elegant pair of vintage Wedgwood Embossed Queens Ware vases, made in England.
The pair consists of two matching trumpet-shaped vases in contrasting colours: one in pale Wedgwood blue with white applied decoration, and the other in cream/white with pale blue applied decoration.
Both vases feature a classical fluted body, spreading circular foot and gently flared rim. Around the upper section is the characteristic raised vine, grape and leaf decoration associated with Wedgwood’s Embossed Queens Ware.
The underside of both pieces bears the genuine Wedgwood factory marking:
“Of Etruria – WEDGWOOD – Made in England – BARLASTON – EMBOSSED QUEENS WARE”
Additional impressed production/model marks are also present.
Dimensions:
Height: approximately 16–17 cm
Diameter at upper rim: approximately 9–10 cm

Condition:
Both vases present very well, with light signs of age and previous use. Some age-related marks/soiling are visible on the underside of the bases. No obvious major damage is visible in the supplied photographs. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form an integral part of the condition description.
A decorative and very appealing matched Wedgwood pair, particularly attractive because of the reversed blue-and-cream colour combination. Suitable for a Wedgwood collection or as classical decorative pieces.
