Spinosaur - Fossil tooth - Spinosaur Aegyptiacus

This lot includes an authentic fossil tooth of Spinosaurus aegyptiacus, recovered from the renowned Kem Kem Beds in southeastern Morocco, one of the most famous dinosaur fossil deposits in the world.
​Stabilized with specific products directly in the ground before extraction, as is customary in paleontology, the tooth features the characteristic elongated conical shape of Spinosaurus, with natural enamel preservation and an attractive brown coloration. It is unrestored and retains portions of the original root and matrix, making it an excellent collector's specimen.

The fossil from the ArteTerra collection has been paired with a solid wood display base, custom-made to enhance its beauty and scientific value. On the front surface of the base, a laser-engraved naturalistic illustration depicts the prehistoric animal to which the specimen belongs, reconstructed in its original environment.
