We present at auction an exceptionally elegant mechanical chronograph from the Swiss firm Maurice Lacroix, representative of the classic and refined aesthetic that characterized the brand during the 1990s.

Classic Dial and Bicolour Design: The watch stands out with its captivating dark blue dial, which creates an attractive contrast with the three silver sub-dials of the chronograph (arranged at 6, 9 and 12). Time is read via elegant Roman numerals and Breguet-style hands in a gold tone. The stainless steel case is enhanced by a stepped bezel, crown and pushers plated in gold, giving it a sophisticated and versatile appearance.

Prestigious Mechanics: Inside lies a robust and prestigious automatic chronograph movement of Swiss manufacture (known for using the reliable and durable Valjoux 7750 base), guaranteeing excellent performance.

Case and Bezel: The stainless steel case and gold-toned components are in very good overall condition. They show fine micro-scratches and ordinary signs of use, but no deep wear on the plating.
Crystal and Dial: The dial is in magnificent condition, clean and clearly legible. The crystal is in good condition.
Case Back: Snap-on stainless steel back. It shows multiple light scratches from use and sustained desk support, but all factory engravings (including reference 03291) are clearly legible.
Strap: Supplied mounted on a textured blue leather strap (not original to the brand) in very good used condition, with a steel buckle.
Movement: Automatic movement in working order. Chronograph functions start, stop, and reset to zero without issue. (Note: As this is a vintage/neo-vintage collectible watch, original water resistance is not guaranteed, and the date of its last service is unknown).
