Vase - Glass - hand and cornucopia vase

Elegant opaline glass vase in the form of a lady's hand holding a cornucopia (horn of plenty), finished with a beautifully ruffled rim and decorative beaded collar.

This model is inspired by the highly popular Victorian hand-and-cornucopia designs, a motif traditionally associated with abundance and good fortune. The vase is executed in opaque white opaline glass and displays fine molded details throughout.

Attributed to mid-20th-century production.

Condition: Vintage condition. No cracks or repairs. The vase has one shallow, wide chip on the inside rim, clearly shown in the last photograph. Apart from this defect, the piece remains in good condition with normal wear consistent with age.
