After several years as an assistant to major photographers in Hamburg and Paris, I started my own career as a photoartist with Stern, Der Spiegel, Tempo, Petra, Vogue, Die Zeit, to name a few.
My art was influenced by Irving Penn, Julius Shulman, Sugimoto and Annie Leibovitz. I am always looking for the essence in a room—the interaction of form and color and space. My target is to bring the beauty I see to my viewers and give them a happy and joyful feeling when looking at them."

I am a photographer and gallerist for a long time.
I worked in a Hamburg based photography gallery as a freelance lancer and organized quite an amount of wonderful exhibitions with great photographers such as Frank Horvat, Araki, Rene Groebli and many more.
One of the highlights was an exhibition honoring Irving Penn's 90th birthday with a group exhibition and 40 renowned photographers.
I was able to contribute to several exhibits and collections in the past.
So sometimes I will sell out of my own collection, sometimes my own work, sometimes new work by befriended photographers.
