Val Saint-Lambert crystal bowl from Belgium in a mid‑century modern style, dated 1950–1960 (with 1960–1970 noted), signed on the bottom and attributed to designer René Delvenne, dimensions 4.5 cm high by 18.5 × 15 cm, weight about 820 g.

A beautiful Val Saint-Lambert crystal bowl.
It features a lovely free-form design with four points in crystal clear color.
Signed on the bottom.
Probably a design by Belgian chief designer René Delvenne.
He introduced an innovative, organic and modern style within the traditional glass company in the 1950s and 60s. He made extensive use of the sommerso technique, in which colored crystal is encapsulated in a fluid manner in clear glass.

Good overall condition, with slight surface scratches on the underside from use
and a few tiny chips on the bottom rim
