Vintage Murano glass ceiling light – Italy

A ceiling light that looks almost like a large mosaic of light. The circular diffuser consists of a dense weave of worked glass elements, predominantly transparent, interrupted by refined “buttons” colored in shades of yellow, blue, green and pink.

The result is surprisingly chic: cheerful without being excessive, with that Italian taste capable of turning a functional object into a small work of art.

Large format, about 45 cm in diameter, with characteristic perimeter metal fastenings. Italian vintage production, presumably from the 1990s.

A scenographic ceiling light and decidedly out of the ordinary, perfect even in a contemporary setting.
Very light signs of wear as shown in the photo.

Plafoniera vintage in vetro di Murano – Italia

Una plafoniera che sembra quasi un grande mosaico di luce. Il diffusore circolare è composto da una fitta trama di elementi in vetro lavorato, prevalentemente trasparenti, interrotti da raffinati “bottoni” colorati nei toni del giallo, azzurro, verde e rosa.

Il risultato è sorprendentemente chic: allegra senza essere eccessiva, con quel gusto italiano capace di trasformare un oggetto funzionale in un piccolo elemento d’arte.

Grande formato, circa 45 cm di diametro, con caratteristici fermi metallici perimetrali. Produzione italiana vintage, verosimilmente anni ’90.

Una plafoniera scenografica e decisamente fuori dal comune, perfetta anche in un ambiente contemporaneo.
Lievissimi segni del tempo come da foto.
