From my too-large collection, this very beautiful old handmade standing Buddha.
This is an old statue, in very well-preserved condition, carved from heavy wood.
It is almost completely gilded with gold leaf, which thus preserves its color forever.
Very detailed curls in the robes and a warm color with many shading variations.
This is a unique rare statue; I have not seen a second one in this design myself.
The statue has always been kept indoors.
The photos are part of the description.
Total height = 114 cm
Weight = 14400 grams
Pickup is preferred to avoid any damage to the statue.
When shipping, much effort is made to package safely and probably that will work, but the two protruding flaps remain a small risk, please keep that in mind.
There will also be tape with "fragile" on the package!
