A particularly lovely vintage sewing box from the mid-20th century, made of warm-toned wood and mounted on elegant subtly splayed legs. The slender base, subtle brass-colored handles, and the practical fold-out mechanism give this sewing box a pronounced Mid-Century Modern look.

The top opens to reveal a surprisingly roomy and orderly interior. Inside are multiple fold-out compartments with different sections, ideal for thread, buttons, needles, notions and other small sewing supplies. Under the top compartments there is also a generous storage space with dividers, making the box both decorative and highly functional.
