Description from the seller
Beyond the Horizon — Samia Kerkeni — Fluid acrylic on canvas, mounted on 3cm hardwood stretcher — 70x50x3cm — Ready to hang — Unique artwork
Description:
Beyond the Horizon renders a seascape in three pure registers — deep teal sky meeting a wave of thick white foam, dissolving into a soft grey-white mist before settling into warm sand tones at the base. The composition builds through texture as much as color: raised ridges of white paint stand proud from the canvas like sea foam caught mid-crash, giving the work a tactile, almost sculptural quality within its otherwise minimal palette.
The horizon line is not a single edge but a slow negotiation between elements, each layer bleeding gently into the next, capturing the exact moment where sky, water, and shore lose their boundaries. Hand-signed on the front and back. A unique work, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
