Offered is a decorative museum poster featuring the image of the iconic work “Soup Can” (1962) by the American artist Andy Warhol, one of the leading representatives of Pop Art.
The poster was issued in connection with the exhibition/presentation of the work at the MOCO Museum Amsterdam and dates from 2019. At the bottom of the poster the title, artist, year and copyright notice are clearly present.
The depicted can of soup is one of the most recognizable motifs in Warhol's oeuvre and forms a strong example of his characteristic combination of commercial imagery and contemporary art.
