Jan Marti was born in 1958 in Savoie. After a few brief studies and various jobs that he quickly abandoned, he devoted himself to painting. His attraction to abstraction, which he depicts as dynamic and elegant, is undeniable.
The blaze of colors and elements touches our senses and flatters our eye.
From his work, beauty is naturally suggested.
As passionate about painting as about visual arts, he increasingly pursues this discipline!
With a solid gemmology training at the ING (National Institute of Gemology in Paris) and a lifelong passion for precious stones, he sometimes embellishes his sculptures with precious stones.
