Cherubijn, putti - Polychroom - Statue - 53 cm - Resin - 1960

Atmospheric large wall decoration featuring a lying cherub, resting among graceful blue-gray clouds and draped with a green- and gold-colored cloth.

Probably Italian, second half of the 20th century.

The cherub is beautifully designed and hand-polychromed. The warm colors and baroque-inspired appearance make this a striking decorative object. Particularly suitable as romantic wall decor and very atmospheric during the Christmas period, for example in combination with pine greenery, lighting, or other angel decorations.

Made of presumably cast resin or composite material. A hanging fixture is present on the back.
