Description from the seller
Beautiful genuine leather Western saddle, richly worked with tooled floral motifs, contrasting stitching and a light suede leather seat.
The saddle is sold with its accessories visible in the photos, notably:
* leather-wrapped stirrups
* straps and fittings
* the white cinch-type belly strap
* an additional leather belt/strap
The white cinch bears the Billy Cook mark. However, to date I have not found Billy Cook branding directly on the saddle’s body.
In shape, leatherwork, motifs and construction, the saddle nevertheless shows strong similarities to certain Billy Cook Western models. It is therefore offered as a Billy Cook-style/attribution Western saddle, but with no guarantee of Billy Cook authenticity for the saddle itself.
Overall good condition for its age, with patina, signs of wear and some normal marks on the leather and straps, visible in the photos.
Nice Western piece, interesting for riding, collecting, or decoration.
Note: the Billy Cook mark is present on the white strap, but not identified elsewhere on the saddle.
