Within the world of Ruscha Keramik, the Mushroom (Pilz) motif is one of the most sought-after and iconic themes from the 1960s and 1970s.
Ruscha released a very successful series of wall plaques and relief tiles featuring abstract, three-dimensional mushrooms at the center.

These pieces stand out for their thick, glossy Fat Lava glazes (often in bright psychedelic tones such as orange and red) combined with a rough, earthy background.

Elongated wall tiles: vertical, rectangular ceramic panels. They have a similar 3D effect, where an entire 'colony' of mushrooms climbs from bottom to top across the tile.
