Large Vintage Swedish 18K Gold Classical Cameo Brooch – Portrait Jewellery
Impressive vintage Swedish cameo brooch crafted in solid 18K yellow gold and centred with a finely carved classical female portrait.
The brooch features a large oval cameo depicting a woman in profile with elaborate flowing hair, floral decoration and finely modelled facial features.
