Biography
Graziano Rey was born in Turin in 1953. From his youth, after sharing art with his brother Francesco and master Lorenzo Alessandri during the period of the “Soffitta Macabra,” he devoted himself for years to figurative art and, in particular, to the world of music. From 1982 to 1987, as a writer of TV jingles, whose best known are: Buona Domenica, I Ragazzi della III C, La Giostra, Ferragosto OK, he collaborated as a writer with several singers. In 1991-1992, he won the Rino Gaetano prize and the Viareggio prize as a singer-songwriter.

As an opinionist, he participated in numerous episodes of Maurizio Costanzo Show and as an actor in Alberto Silvestri's Candid Camera. In 1993, he published the narrative “3001 Spooky on Jork II,” published by Mancuso Editore.
Actor in the film “In camera mia” by Sergio Martino. He settled in the Tonga Islands while continuing to devote himself to painting. More recently, his participation in the 57th Venice Biennale on the theme of the “Moloc” at the Palazzo degli Armeni, later taken up in Palermo and Vicenza in 2017. Between 2018 and 2022, he has had solo exhibitions in Bologna.
