Description from the seller
Set of four antique measuring and marking instruments in forged steel, comprising two pointed compasses, a thickness gauge with an adjustment screw, and an external caliper. These tools were intended for mechanical work, machining, locksmithing, or workshop use. One of the compasses bears the mark "GP".
The pieces show a beautiful patina of use with a uniform surface oxidation, not detracting from their decorative or collectible appeal. The screw mechanisms are present on both precision compasses. Dimensions are approximately 13 to 18 cm in height. An authentic set, ideal for workshop decor, a cabinet of curiosities, or a collection of antique tools.
