Gianni Girani - Hildegard Neil

This is a beautiful photograph of the famous South African actress who became English naturalized, Hildegarde Neil, taken by the well-known photographer Gianni Girani, presumably in 1970, almost certainly in Rome. Gianni Girani was one of the best Italian photographers of the 20th century; he worked independently and for extremely famous photographic Agencies, among them Pierluigi, of Pierluigi Praturlon, the stamp of which appears on the back together with that of Gianni Girani. It is a genuine vintage photograph, duly stamped by Gianni Girani on behalf of the famous Pierluigi, and it shows Hildegarde Neil posing inside the studio. Excellent overall condition, the photo is large format, namely 23.8 x 29.9 cm.
