The artist Hestela Charbonnier develops a painterly investigation that moves between the floral world and the figurative dimension, creating a continuous dialogue between nature and the human being. Her body of work ranges from botanically charged compositions full of energy and matter to portraits and figures in which a deep emotional sensitivity emerges.
In the floral paintings, color is the absolute protagonist: dynamic brushstrokes, material layering and luminous contrasts transform the flower into a symbol of vitality, transformation and fragility. The shapes expand on the canvas with an instinctive yet conscious gesture, giving life to intense and engaging compositions.
