Description from the seller
Portrait in blue
50 x 40 cm
Some faces don’t look at you. They look right through you.
You know the gaze. From someone who is somewhere else – in the head, in yesterday, in a conversation that only he leads.
One stands before it and waits for a moment that pulls you back.
Sometimes it doesn’t come.

Packaging: sturdy cardboard
Courier: DPD / DHL
There is the possibility to have the painting stretched on canvas. If interested, please ask for information.
Otherwise it will be shipped rolled.

About me:
"My painting moves at the boundary between figuration and abstraction – a tension-filled dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds, and intuitive dynamism.
Inspired by the energy of Abstract Expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and rediscovery:
Lines break through surfaces.
Figures appear and disappear.
An emotionally charged dance between control and letting go."
Mila Veljac’a is a visual artist from Croatia. She trained at art academies in Croatia, Vienna, Salzburg and Stuttgart and for several years shared her expertise as a lecturer in visual arts.
